System screens
Idrak screens and the incident workflow.
Explore incident intake, routing, work records, inventory and reporting with illustrative synthetic data that does not belong to a customer.
Every number, name and colour on this page is made up for display. Not one line comes from a production database, and no name belongs to a real person or organisation — a policy published in the terms of use, not a passing practice.
01
Account approval and user management
Signing up is not signing in: every new account stays pending until an administrator approves it, and can be suspended or rejected later. Each user carries a role, a department scope and a visible status in one place.
02
Departments and categories
Each department has two names (Arabic and English), a code and a colour, and is activated or deactivated rather than deleted — so old incidents stay attributed to their department. An internal department is not shown to reporters.
03
Roles and permissions
A categorised permission catalogue, not role names scattered through the code. Role permissions are set, then an extra permission is granted to one named person or revoked from them — and a revocation always wins.
Role: Technician
+ individual override: “Assign” granted to T. Al-Shammari only.
04
Inventory and spare parts
A catalogue with a balance per department and a minimum that warns before it runs out, and movements tied to the incident they were issued for. A transfer between two departments is two movements, written together or not at all.

05
Work permits
Issued, tracked and linked to an incident, each with its attachment and expiry warnings at three points: a month before, a week before, and on the day.
06
Reporting and export
Distributions computed from recorded events rather than manual entry, exported to PDF and Excel in Arabic and English — and Arabic PDFs are built as a page and printed, because the common PDF generators cannot shape Arabic letters.
